File Transfer Client Lempel Ziv Welch.

This command enables an ftp client to have it's sockets put into FTPLZW mode at the command of an LZW enabled server. When the server enables an FTPLZW socket on your client, all ascii data, DIR commands included, will be compressed using the Lempel Ziv Welch standard, allowing a fifty percent (Or greater) increase in data throuput. Most useful with TCP/IP over AX.25 (Radio) paths.
